Step Two:Purchase from 500 up to 500,000 SMS credits online through your new account. Once credit equals on SMS. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

You can set up TEMPLATES for messages that you might want to send out more than once such as payment reminders and you can set up GROUPS such as ‘employees’, ‘friends’ or ‘family’.

Messages can be up to 300 characters long.

You can see every Reply that is sent back to you.

We recommend that you end each message with 'Reply STOP to OptOut' in case some of your customers may not want to receive SMS messages. If they reply STOP the system automatically Unsubscribes them. Even if you re-enter that number the system will not send them any more SMS messages. There is also a simple manual way to make a number Unsubscribed.

After setting up your account you can send SMS messages to one person, several people or thousands of customers at once. The message can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time.

Your mobile contacts can be added one at a time, you can copy and paste a list of numbers or you can import a list from an Excel spreadsheet. We check all the numbers to ensure they are valid Australian mobile numbers and take out any duplicates during the process – this save you money by not sending messages twice or to invalid numbers.

As you send each message the Bulk SMS Australia system will automatically add every new number to your database Master List. This allows you to build your contact database over time and then choose to simply ‘Send to everyone on my List’.

If one of the mobile numbers you add is no longer in use we automatically ‘Unsubscribe’ it in your master database list so you do not send a message to it again – this to save you money.
